From cluttered to clear – a sleek migration that put the focus back on fitness, community, and three thriving Bristol sites.

Key Challanges:
VFC's WordPress site had become overcomplicated and difficult to manage. With three gym locations, a huge coaching team, and a strong community focus, the navigation was cluttered, the Classes page was redundant, and the overall user experience didn't reflect the inclusive, energetic vibe of the collective.
Our Solution:
We migrated the site from WordPress to Framer, simplifying the navigation, removing unnecessary pages, and creating a clean, modern design that showcases their three Bristol sites, 17+ coaches, and the "Humble | Inclusive | Proud" culture they've built. The result is a site that's as dynamic and welcoming as the gyms themselves.
Interesting Fact:
This migration proved that sometimes the best design decision is removing what doesn't serve the user – we stripped away the clutter and let the community shine through instead.
Results/Impact:
VFC now has a website that's easy to navigate, simple to update, and perfectly aligned with their brand – letting them focus on what they do best: building an inclusive fitness community across Bristol.
