Booking A Call Terms + Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the process for booking calls with digiDen Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling a call, clients ("you" or "your") agree to the following terms.
Types of Calls
No-Fee Lite Discovery Call — offered to explore initial ideas and potential collaborations without charge.
Live Project Calls — scheduled according to project phases for ongoing clients, focusing on current development milestones.
WebCare Ultimate: Quarterly Strategy Call — exclusive to clients on the Ultimate WebCare plan, providing expert guidance and strategic planning every quarter with Su.
Paid Consultation (e.g. 1-Hour Consult with Su) — specialised, one-time sessions requiring payment in advance for tailored advice and insights.
Booking Process
Calls are not immediately confirmed upon your request. All bookings must be confirmed by our team to secure the appointment.
Once confirmed, you will receive a Zoom invite from us, detailing the date, time, and link for the session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Flexible Policy: Calls can be cancelled or rescheduled by either party at any time due to unforeseen circumstances ("because life happens").
To cancel or reschedule, notify us at your earliest convenience to accommodate new arrangements.
Conduct of Calls
All calls are conducted via Zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure your availability and access to the Zoom platform at the scheduled time.
Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the best experience.
Payment Terms (For Paid Consultations)
Full payment is required at the time of booking for paid consultations.
In case of cancellation by digiDen Studio, a refund or rescheduled appointment will be offered.
Liability
digiDen Studio is not liable for issues arising from technical difficulties during the call.
We strive to ensure a seamless experience and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining open communication.
Changes to Terms
digiDen Studio reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant updates will be communicated directly to clients via email.
