Circle Community Guidelines
Introduction
These Community Guidelines apply to all members of the digiDen Studio Circle community at digiden.circle.so. By joining and participating, you agree to follow these guidelines.
We've kept things simple. The aim is to create a space that feels safe, useful, and welcoming for everyone — clients, prospective clients, and members of our wider community.
Who Can Join
The digiDen community space is open to anyone interested in our work, our content, or our approach to web design and care.
Private project and WebCare spaces are kept private — they're only open while a project is active or a WebCare subscription is current. When a project closes or a subscription ends, the relevant private space closes too. You'll still have access to the wider community space.
What We're Aiming For
A space that's:
Friendly — warm, supportive, and human
Useful — content and conversations that actually help people
Safe — no judgement, no shaming, no harassment
Plain-spoken — no jargon, no tech anxiety, no gatekeeping
What's Welcome
Sharing your own questions, work, and progress
Asking for help, ideas, or feedback
Supporting other members
Sharing useful resources (with credit to original sources)
Honest, kind, constructive conversation
What's Not Welcome
Behaviour that disrupts the space for others will be addressed. This includes:
Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
Discrimination on any grounds — race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, age, neurodivergence, or anything else
Sharing private information about other members without their consent
Spam, repeated self-promotion, or recruiting members to other platforms
Posting or sharing illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content
Misrepresenting yourself, your business, or your work
Using community conversations or member content to train AI models
Moderation
The digiDen Studio team moderates the space. We're realistic — we won't catch everything, so please flag anything that feels off using Circle's reporting tools, or message us directly.
Consequences
Most things can be sorted with a friendly word. If guidelines are breached, we may:
Have a private conversation with you about it
Remove the relevant post or content
Issue a formal warning
Suspend or remove your access to the community
Severe breaches (harassment, illegal content, threats) may result in immediate removal without warning.
Privacy in the Community
Anything shared in private project or WebCare spaces is kept between us and the relevant client team. Anything shared in the wider community space is visible to other members.
Please be mindful: don't share confidential information about your own business, clients, or third parties in public threads.
Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to the community via a pinned post or direct message.
