Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Site Health & AI-Readiness Audit service provided by digiDen Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking an audit, clients ("you" or "your") agree to these terms.

About the Audit

The Site Health & AI-Readiness Audit is a structured review of a single live website, covering technical health, content readiness, accessibility, and how well the site performs for both human visitors and AI tools (search engines, AI assistants, summarisers).

Audit Tiers

1. Report (£200) — written audit covering site health and AI-readiness, priority-ranked findings with clear recommendations, delivered as a digital document.

2. Walkthrough (£350) — everything in the Report tier, plus a 45-minute one-to-one walkthrough call with Su via Zoom (recorded on request), with Q&A time for priorities and next steps.

Booking Confirmation

Payment reserves your audit slot but does not immediately confirm a delivery date. Once payment has cleared, we'll confirm your kick-off within 2 working days and agree a delivery date with you. The delivery clock starts from this confirmation, not from the point of payment.

Delivery Timeframes

Once kick-off is confirmed:

• Report: within 5 working days

• Walkthrough: within 7 working days (the walkthrough call itself is scheduled separately by mutual agreement)

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate website URLs and any required access (e.g. analytics, CMS read access) on request.

• Respond to clarifying questions within 2 working days to keep delivery on track. Delays from your end will extend the timeline accordingly.

What's Not Included

• Implementation of any recommendations — quoted separately and bespoke to each audit.

• Third-party tool subscriptions, paid SaaS access, or external service costs.

• Ongoing monitoring or repeat audits unless purchased separately.

• Legal, accessibility certification, or regulatory compliance sign-off — findings flag issues but do not constitute formal certification.

Implementation

Where the audit surfaces work you'd like us to action, we'll provide a separate bespoke quote. WebCare Growth Plan partners may have eligible items covered within their monthly task allowance — we'll flag this in the report.

Methodology and AI Use

We use a combination of manual review, recognised auditing tools, and AI-assisted analysis to deliver the audit. AI tools are used as a working aid — all findings, recommendations, and the final report are reviewed and signed off by Su before delivery.

Snapshot in Time

Findings reflect the state of your website at the point the audit was carried out. Web platforms, search algorithms, AI tools, and third-party integrations change continuously — recommendations may become out of date, and we cannot guarantee that findings will remain accurate or applicable indefinitely.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking via the link provided on the Growth Hub.

• Payment confirms your booking and starts the delivery clock once kick-off is confirmed.

Refunds and Cancellation

• A full refund is available if you cancel before work begins. Work is considered to have begun once Su starts the technical review.

• Once work has started, the audit fee is non-refundable.

• If we are unable to deliver due to circumstances on our side, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us during the audit — access credentials, business context, internal information — is treated in confidence and used only for delivering your audit.

Liability

digiDen Studio makes every effort to deliver a thorough, accurate audit but is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or third-party disruptions arising from acting (or not acting) on audit findings. Implementing recommendations is your decision and your responsibility.

Modifications

digiDen Studio reserves the right to amend these terms. Significant updates will be communicated via the website and active client comms.

Scheduled Absences

Su occasionally takes time away from the studio. Where a scheduled absence affects delivery timing, we'll confirm an adjusted kick-off date with you before work begins. If the adjusted timing doesn't work for you, a full refund is available at that point.
