WebCare Terms + Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription to WebCare Growth Plans provided by digiDen Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our WebCare services, clients ("you" or "your") agree to these terms.
Service Overview
WebCare Growth Plans provide comprehensive website hosting, maintenance, and support, delivered through Framer's secure, high-performance hosting platform with built-in CDN to keep your site fast and reliable.
Eligibility — Existing Websites
WebCare Growth Plans are for websites built on or migrated to Framer (our current platform).
WordPress or other-platform sites must be migrated or rebuilt on Framer before joining a Growth Plan. We'll provide a separate migration quote.
New websites: we'll create a custom quote that includes your one-time build cost plus your chosen Growth Plan.
Sites built by someone else: we'd need to rebuild on our platform before we can offer ongoing care.
Scope of Service
Plan Tiers
WebCare is offered in three tiers — Essential Growth, Professional Growth, and Ultimate Growth — with different hosting allowances, task credit allocations, and access levels.

Content types: Essential Growth supports 1 content type (e.g. blog OR news OR portfolio). Professional Growth and Ultimate Growth support multiple content types.
What's Included in Every Plan
Premium hosting on a fast, secure platform
Plugin and software updates
Performance monitoring
Monthly check-ins (alternating between proactive site health reviews and strategic touch-points)
Direct communication via your WebCare space on Circle
A monthly allocation of task credits
Website Hosting and Maintenance
Websites are hosted on Framer's secure, performance-optimised platform.
Framer maintains automatic version history of your project, allowing changes to be rolled back if needed.
Our team manages your site directly through the Framer editor, including content updates, configuration, and technical changes within the platform's capabilities.
Task Credits
Each plan provides a set number of task credits per month. One task credit covers up to 30 minutes of work — content updates, image changes, adding new features, or tweaking layouts.
Tasks must be submitted separately and cannot be bundled together.
If a task exceeds 30 minutes, additional credits are required, charged at £20 each. We'll always let you know in advance.
Task credits do not roll over between billing cycles.
Tasks and support tickets are submitted by logging into your WebCare space at digiden.circle.so.
Turnaround: once we have everything needed from you (content, images, instructions), we aim for a 5 business day turnaround. Urgent requests considered on a case-by-case basis.
Add-Ons
Additional Editor Logins — £40/month per editor on Essential Growth; £60/month per editor on Professional and Ultimate Growth.
Extra Task Bundles — additional task credits available via the Growth Hub at £20 per task, with bundles offering better value for higher volumes.
What's Not Included
Our Growth Plans cover ongoing care and updates. The following are not included and will be quoted separately:
Major redesigns or rebuilds
New page builds beyond your plan's page limit
Custom development or complex integrations
Third-party service costs (e.g. premium plugins, email services, paid SaaS)
Client Responsibilities
Content and Access
Clients must provide accurate content for updates and ensure credentials are current.
While Framer maintains version history of your project, keeping personal backups of unique content (text, images, original files) is recommended.
Communication
Timely communication is essential to facilitate efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
Payment Terms
Subscription Fees
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, based on the chosen plan.
Fees are paid in advance and cover hosting, updates, and support services corresponding to each plan.
Refunds
Refunds for unused services are not typically provided but will be considered individually.
Service Limitations
Task Approval
Tasks that exceed allocated time or are outside the normal maintenance scope may require additional approval and fees.
Third-Party Integrations
We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party software, plugins, or platform changes outside our control.
We do not provide support for third-party software or plugins that are not directly related to the websites we have created and manage.
Plan Changes
Upgrades: you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime with 30 days' notice.
Downgrades: require 30 days' notice. Downgrade is only possible if your site fits within the lower plan's limits (page count and content types). Otherwise we'll work with you to reduce site complexity first, or you remain on your current plan.
Editor logins: can be added or removed with 30 days' notice.
Task credit bundles: can be added or reduced at any time.
Modifications
digiDen Studio reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to service or terms.
Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription with 30 days' written notice via email to bills@digiden.studio. The service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Any unused task credits are forfeited upon cancellation — they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Liability
digiDen Studio makes every effort to provide secure and reliable services but is not liable for indirect damages or external disruptions beyond our control.
Environmental Commitment
For every active WebCare Growth Plan subscription, one tree is planted each month through our partnership with Just One Tree. Looking after your website and looking after our planet go hand in hand.
