To round off the series, here's the honest bit: what WebCare doesn't cover.
WebCare is about looking after the site you have — keeping it healthy, current and working well, with regular hands-on changes through your task credits. Some work is a different kind of job altogether, and we'd rather be clear about that up front.
What's outside a plan
Major redesigns
A fresh look, a new structure, or a rethink of how your site works is a project in its own right. It needs proper time for planning, design and testing — far more than a monthly allowance.
Custom development
New functionality built from scratch — a bespoke booking system, a members' area, an integration with another tool — is scoped and quoted separately.
Why we draw the line here
Keeping these separate protects both of us. Your monthly plan stays focused on care, so the everyday things never get squeezed by a bigger project. And bigger projects get the thinking and attention they deserve, rather than being chipped away at half an hour at a time.
When you do need something bigger, we'll talk it through, scope it properly and give you a clear quote — and your WebCare plan carries on alongside it as normal.
A note on flexibility
Plans aren't a lock-in. If you ever decide to stop, it's 30 days' notice. We'd rather keep clients because the care is worth it.
