In just a few minutes, you’ll get a personalised estimate for your project and a recommended WebCare Growth Plan—so you know exactly what’s included and what it might cost, right from the start.
Once you’ve seen your options, we take a moment to review your responses and make sure nothing’s missed. Then, it’s over to you: book a relaxed, no-fee Discovery Call (video, if you like) where we chat about your goals, priorities, and vision. If your project is a bit more complex, we’ll suggest a deeper paid session to map out all the details.
Afterwards, we’ll pull everything together—a clear summary of your requirements and preferences, and a transparent quote that spells out every step. No jargon, no surprises, just clarity and partnership from the word go.
2. Project Setup
Welcome Aboard & Getting Organised
Once you accept your quote, your digiDen journey shifts up a gear. We’ll welcome you into your private Circle community portal—this is your project hub, where all communication, updates, and file sharing takes place. If it’s not in Circle, it’s not official!
Inside your project space, you’ll find a dedicated area for each phase of your website journey. To help you settle in, we’ll send a personalised Loom video walking you through exactly where to find everything, what to do next, and how to ask questions as we go.
You’ll be guided to upload your logos, images, brand guidelines, and website copy directly into the relevant sections. No hunting for checklists—your Circle portal is your step-by-step guide, keeping everything clear and in one place.
We’ll also book your official project kickoff call (video, of course!) to review goals, confirm timelines, and make sure you feel fully supported before the creative magic begins.
3. Concept Design:
Shaping Your Vision, Together
This is where creativity takes centre stage. With your assets and ideas in hand, we start crafting the look and feel of your new website. Our focus: making sure everyone’s on the same page before a single pixel is set in stone.
We’ll create one or two initial design concepts—think moodboards, homepage layouts, and key page sketches—tailored to your brief and brand. These concepts are shared with you right inside your Circle portal, often alongside a Loom video or a live video call so you can see our thinking in action.
You’ll have a chance to explore the designs, ask questions, and share what you love (or don’t!). Your feedback is essential—this is a true partnership, not a one-way street. We’ll gather your thoughts, make any needed revisions, and keep the conversation open and friendly until you’re happy with the direction.
Once you’ve signed off on the final concept, we’re all set for the next phase—building the backbone of your new site.
4. Low-Fi Build:
Building the Backbone
With your chosen concept as our blueprint, we start bringing your website to life—one solid step at a time. In this phase, we focus on structure and flow, not final visuals. Think of it as laying the foundations before decorating the house.
We’ll set up all your main pages, navigation, and content sections in Framer, using your real copy and images wherever possible. Design details are kept minimal for now; the goal is to make sure everything is in the right place and the journey through your site feels natural.
Once the low-fi build is ready, we’ll invite you to a walkthrough—usually via a Loom video or a live video call in your Circle portal. You’ll get a clear look at the site’s structure, have a chance to ask questions, and flag anything that doesn’t feel quite right. Early feedback here means smoother sailing later!
When you’re happy with the shape of things, we move on to the next phase: adding the technical backbone and integrations.
5. Systemise:
Powering Up the Essentials
With the structure in place, we quietly handle all the technical setup that makes your website work as intended. This is where we create and configure your forms, booking systems, CMS collections, and any interactive components your site needs.
If your project requires different user roles or permissions, we’ll set those up too—always making sure everything is intuitive and secure. We double-check that each feature works exactly as it should, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
All the details, instructions, and access info are shared with you in your Circle portal, keeping things simple and stress-free. Once the essentials are running smoothly, we’re ready for the exciting part: bringing your brand to life with full design and interactivity.
6. High-Fi Build:
Bringing Your Brand to Life
Now for the transformation—this is where your website truly starts to shine. With all the technical groundwork in place, we layer in your branding, style, and personality. Colours, fonts, imagery, icons, and graphics are applied across every page to create a cohesive, professional look.
Next, we add interactivity and animation: smooth transitions, hover effects, and all the little touches that make your site feel modern and engaging. Accessibility is built in from the start, so everyone can enjoy your new website.
Once everything is polished, we invite you to a live walkthrough (video call or Loom) to explore the finished site together. You’ll have the chance to request tweaks, ask questions, and make sure every detail feels just right before we move to launch.
7. Launch:
Taking Your Website Live
The big moment arrives! Before anything goes public, we run through a thorough pre-launch checklist—testing links, forms, layouts, and making sure everything looks and works perfectly across devices. You’ll get a final review of the site and the reassurance that everything’s ready to roll.
Once you give the green light, we take your website live. We handle all the technical steps for launch, including connecting your domain and ensuring your site is secure. After launch, we complete essential SEO setup so your site is primed to be found by your audience.
We’ll send you a launch update and introduce you to our WebCare Growth Plans, so you know exactly how to keep your site running smoothly and supported as your business grows.
8. Post-Launch Care:
