Cookie Policy

Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how digiDen Studio ("we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website at digiden.studio.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit — like preferences or session state — so the site can function properly.

Our Approach to Cookies

We keep things minimal. We don't use marketing cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking technologies. We use only what's needed to make the site work and to understand how it's being used — in a privacy-respecting way.

Cookies We Use

  1. Essential Cookies

    • Set by Framer, our hosting platform, to keep the site running properly (for example, session continuity and security).

    • These are required for the site to function and do not need your consent under UK PECR.

  2. Analytics (cookieless)

    • We use Framer Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool built into our hosting platform.

    • Framer Analytics is cookieless — it doesn't store identifying information on your device or track you across the web. It uses anonymous, aggregated data to give us basic visitor stats (page views, sources, country, device type, average session length).

    • We use this to understand which content is useful and how to improve the site. We can't identify you personally from this data.

  3. Third-Party Cookies (only if you choose to interact)

    • Stripe — if you make a payment via one of our payment links, you'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe sets cookies on its own domain (not ours). See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

    • Bookla — if you book a call, you may be redirected to Bookla's scheduling pages, which set their own cookies on their domain.

    • Loom — if you view a Loom video we've shared with you, Loom may set cookies in your browser.

Why There's No Cookie Banner

Under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), consent banners are required for non-essential cookies that track users for marketing or profiling purposes. Because we use only essential cookies plus cookieless analytics, we don't need a banner — but we want to be transparent about what's happening, hence this policy.

Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, allow only essential ones, or delete cookies after each session. Refusing essential cookies may affect your ability to use parts of our site.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, the tools we use, or legislation. Any changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
